The business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new businesses and managing customer relationships.

Key Accountabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Identifying potential prospects, and making effective qualifying sales calls and appointments.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients and setting up meetings.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with the customer in person by communicating proactively, rigorous follow-ups and planning up an efficient customer service strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in social media and digital marketing is required, including hands-on experience in strategy and practicing social media platforms.
  • Previous experience with advanced media campaigns.
  • Working knowledge and experience in digital design and tactics to reach customers through various digital devices.
