What is your day-to-day like?
- Research: Using a combination of trend reports, community feedback, and research initiatives, uncover critical insights to understand what consumers want and what drives them to choose and use our brands.
- Analytics: Interrogate category trends and sales performance to understand market dynamics and seek opportunities for optimization, innovation, and growth.
- Trade Marketing: Understand the requirements of each customer, developing appropriate plans, presentations, and materials to deliver against objectives.
- Budget Management: Build, use, track and control budgets with diligence with a ROI mindset.
- Reporting: Effectively track and report the right brand and product metrics regularly in order to generate actionable insights that lead to decisions or actions that drive incremental value.
What you will bring to this role:
- Providing a high level of autonomy and exploration, this role requires a fun, creative, out-ofthe-box entrepreneurial spirit.
- Familiar with marketing strategy, planning, and execution.
- Confident leading marketing campaigns with a strong skew toward digital channels and PR.
- Highly organized/applies project management skill set.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
