Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives are required to provide effective and timely solution to merchant enquiries on authorization, payment and statement, account maintenance related etc. Management skills and resolve customer complaints, identify and escalate issues to the relevant teams for action. Follow-up on customer calls wherever needed.

As the "voice" for Global Payments, you are responsible in delivering remarkable customer service and first call resolution in order to build merchant satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Matriculate graduates or above with minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service and/or call center preferred.
  • School Leavers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to converse in English and Sinhala is essential.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with mature and pleasant attributes
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure, patience and enjoy customer service
  • High energy level and self-motivated
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Able to perform shift duty depending on work schedule
