RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Your primary responsibility would be to promptly respond to inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. You also will need to communicate with clients and industry partners.
- Manage bookings using the PMS (Property Management System).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good analytical skills with basic knowledge in handling email, MS Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in reservations or an applicant's hotel/travel industry background would be given preference.
- Should be able to work on a roster, based in the head office in Colombo.
You will be based at Head Office, Colombo 4.
