Sales Assistant - Showroom (Energy Division)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Handle all customer queries, requests, complains in a prompt & effective manner
- Analyze, consolidate, and forward daily action summaries to the Manager
- Update customer records in the company database as required
- Ascertain customers' needs and fulfillments
- Recommend and display items that meet customer Expirations
- Manage point-of-sale processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Partly qualified in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institute
- She should have at least 3 years experience in the similar capacity in a reputed company.
- Should be below 30 years of age.
- Sound knowledge in handling of a group of customers and customer enquiries
- An intimate knowledge of customer needs
- Should be excellence in PR & communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge in Tamil would be a definite advantage.
- Computer literacy, good interpersonal skills and exposure in good sales & marketing practices are a prerequisite.
