RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and maintaining digital media platforms (Meta, Google, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on digital media platforms
- Launching optim online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook, search, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Being actively involved in SEO efforts including keyword research, on-site optimization, link building, and website speed optimization.
- Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating the website.
- Collaborating with designers to improve user experience.
- Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Webtrends, etc.).
- Being up to speed with latest online marketing trends and keeping strategies up to date.
- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven two years' experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience of B2C social media, Google Ads, email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Working knowledge of ad-serving tools.
- Intimate knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Webtrends, etc.)
- Skills and experience of creative content writing in both Sinhala and English languages.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
