RECEPTIONIST CUM HR ASSISTANT

JOB PROFILE

  • As a Receptionist cum HR Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome & greet people who visit to the company. You will also coordinate and support the HR department, distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Active team player with leadership qualities
  • Good knowledge in MS Office package
  • Age between 21-30 years

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2-3 year's experience in similar capacity
  • Should have a sound academic background with GCE A/L
  • Partly qualified in an HRM from recognized institutions will be an added advantage.
