IT EXECUTIVE
Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide support for smooth functioning of operation in terms of IT. The suitable candidate should be able to engage with server and Network matters, Cases related to Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Emailing, Support for onboarding staff by fixing their Desk-Tops/Lap Tops, Handling operating system in windows-10/11 versions, Trouble-shooting on PC Printers/Photocopy machine operations, setting up Staff Hand phones.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in IT OR similar qualifications
- Having experience / exposure will be added value to the candidate High level of integrity
- Should be able handle server & Network, Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Emailing, Fixing Desks-Tops & Lap-Tops, Windows 10 & 11, issues related Printers/Photocopy machines, Setting up Hand phones with Set Company configurations
- Fair amount of knowledge on Electronic & electrical
- Good command of English both written & Spoken
- Ability to work in independently
- Flexibility to adjust to the working culture and having CAN DO attitude and self-motivation
