We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Executives

We are looking for experienced and well-organized Customer Service Executives to help support our service team. The successful candidate will have to manage all inquiries from our customers and provide timely solutions by working with our service team.

Your Job Role

  • Achieve monthly and annual service sales targets for all serviceable items sold by the company
  • Coordinate with service team by managing schedules, e-filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the accuracy service contracts offered Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

The goal is to improve the efficiency in our service department by proactively selling service contracts and assisting the admin team when necessary.

What we look for

  • Proven experience in customer service; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative/sales positions in the BPO industry
  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in any field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is Mandatory
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
