We are seeking an induvial who is aspired to excel in the field of Claims operations and support in achieving the Allianz Global standard requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure to respond to all correspondence within the specified time frames.
  • Check, process and settle claims within the MOFA limits and in accordance with the set guidelines.
  • Efficiently dispose all payable claims as per the SLA's made with customers.
  • Ensure that both soft & hard leakages are at the minimum.
  • Release GOPs to hospitals within the stipulated time frame.
  • Follow up on hospital outstanding and carry out reconciliations against our ACS records.

Key requirements

  • Diploma/Higher National diploma /professional qualification or any other certification related to Claims
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical field and handling medical claims will be a definite advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform Data analytics using MS Excel
  • Able to take initiative work independently
