Admin and Recruitment Executive

  • Arrange and coordinate interviews for recruitment.
  • Manage phone calls and email correspondences.
  • Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations.
  • Screening CVs and conducting suitability check interviews.
  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
