Role - Junior Marketing Specialist and Reception

We are looking for a front of house Junior Marketing Specialist and Receptionist to join our growing team! In this entry level role you will be exposed to diverse strategies and tactics across a range of marketing channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with planning and execution of our marketing campaigns, as well as helping manage our social media presence and manage the website traffic.   • Follow with Facebook and WhatsApp Inquiries.
  • Actively assist the Lead Marketing in the development and delivery of marketing and promotional activities to meet organizational goals.
  • Managing online reputation and community across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Answering incoming calls, and responding to all questions and inquiries.
  • Answering and responding to emails & chats (Facebook chats)
  • Daily update and manage our social media accounts. (Facebook/ Instagram/ YouTube/ TikTok/ Twitter) Liaising and building strong relationships with internal and external company stakeholders.
  • Data entry and processing of jobs/inquiries using google Sheets and inhouse CRM system
  • General administration duties and any other related duties as directed.

Skills and experience

  • The person required to have excellent English writing skills (Required to write reports and content)
  • Proven experience in managing and creating content across digital and social channels; Insta, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Meta business, EDM, ad sponsorship etc
  • Generating creative ideas and strategies within the job and actively contributing to idea generation and optimization for clients and the business.
  • Love for Digital Media and hunger to learn & develop your skills in Digital Marketing.
  • Marketing/ digital media/ business qualification is advantaged. Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Effective written and verbal communicator. Confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Having New Zealand, UK, Canada, Europe or Australian student migration and Visa Processing ideas will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in high-volume situations.
  • Being able to work effectively in a team environment often having to multi-task.
