The MJF Group is a vertically integrated business in the tea industry with growing, manufacturing, branding & marketing of tea as its focus. The Group's investments cover every aspect of the industry, making it a major international player. The Group markets its teas under the Dilmah Brand. We now wish to recruit a high calibre individual to join Sri Lanka's leading international brand for the following position.
We are on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated individual for the post of Cost Controller who will be handling cost controlling functions at Dilmah F&B.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Should have a degree in Finance and/or a part qualification
- Should have over 10 years of work experience in F&B industry at a similar job role
- Must possess exceptional analytical skills and working skills of MS Office Package (Excel and Powerpoint) Should be able to work under minimum supervision with excellent planning skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze all the costs related to F&B operation in our central kitchen and t-lounges and submit reports recommending cost saving initiatives
- Improve systems and processes in the cost controlling process and inventory management through best practices in POS and back office systems
Carry out other accounting functions related to F&B business assigned by the management as necessary
