EXECUTIVE - INTERNAL AUDIT
Location - Head Office (Colombo 14)
As the Executive - Internal Audit, you are required to Perform risk-based Internal Audits as per the annual internal audit plan. You will be directly reporting to the Manager - Internal Audit and joining a team of experienced professionals in the field of Non - Banking and Finance Industry and will pave your way for a mutually beneficial career within the Company.
The ideal candidates should be having the following profile:
The Job Role
- Perform risk based Internal Audits as per the annual internal audit Plan
- Prepare draft Internal Audit Reports highlighting audit observations and make recommendations to further improve processes while mitigating identified risks
- Review / carry out audits on financial reporting and treasury functions and perform testing of relevant control
- Design, implement and monitor effective and efficient internal controls covering key processes in order to mitigate the overall risk exposure of the respective units audited
- Perform special investigations, and analytical reviews as and when required
- Prepare reports for the information of the Board approved Sub Committees
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Possess 01-02 years of progressive experience in Executive grade. (Preferably in a Finance/Banking environment)
- Part Qualifications in ICASL/ACCA/CIMA
- Hands-on experience working in an ERP environment
- Experience in Credit and IT-related auditing will be an added advantages
- Degree in Finance/Management/Accounting or similar discipline will be an added advantages
