Call Centre Executives


  • Manage Outbound calls.
  • Document Issues and Resolutions.
  • Maintain client records by updating account information.
  • Fluency in English, Tamil or Hindi and
  • excellent communication skills.
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals regarding quantitative and qualitative targets.


  • Ability to work 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.
  • Age between 18 - 40 interested in a career in the BPO/KPO industry.
  • A Team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 06 months to 1-year experience in handling outbound calls or prior web-based customer service.
