Tutopiya is a pioneer in quality online education and technology. Tutopiya provides its tutors and students with an enriching tutoring and learning experience on our evolving and unique platform. We are now on the lookout for a dynamic Intern - Group Classes Co-ordinator to join our Academics Team.
Intern - Group Classes Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Creation and aintenance of all group class bookings
- Follow-ups and maintenance on student's attendance and assignments Sharing of relevant documents and resources with students and tutors when needed and necessary
- Communicating availability and requirements with and between tutors and clients/[arents
- Creation of timetables in order to fit requirements based on analysis and outcomes of assignments/exams/ recommendations
- Scheduling of examinations and checking of exam related resources in order to share exam related resources with clients
- Compilation of analysis and feedback of students to share as monthly reports with clients/ parents
Ideal Profile:
- Prior experience in any executive role or above in the field of education is an added advantage.
- Self driven towards independent learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding international curriculums such as Edexcel, Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, etc.
- Experience and working knowledge with a high level of computer literacy specifically with Google Sheets and adaptability.
- Ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to work under pressure and meet given deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Should have a laptop & stable internet connection to work from home.
