Assistant Manager - Finance (Immediate vacancy)
We are looking for a proactive and result oriented finance professional for the position of Assistant Manager - Finance for a well reputed leading service provider company in Sri Lanka.
Job Role
- Overall responsibility for budgetary planning and variance analysis, communication with banks and financial institutions.
- Providing information and documents, maintain relationships with financial accountants.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Manage complete corporate finance activities.
- Monitor vendor payments.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Reporting to Directors for decision making on financial model updates, project profitability reports, cash flows, company's asset and liability reports.
- Cash flow management.
- Periodic tax filings and liaising with IRD and other relevant Government bodies.
- Liaising with auditors and running the annual statutory audit.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- More than 5+ years' experience in Sri Lanka Finance, Accounts and Taxation.
- Finance Graduates are preferred.
- Must have experience on all liaison working with Local Office of IRD Sri Lanka. Exceptional analytic skills with attention to detail.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Exceptional skills in MS Excel, office packages and accounting systems is a must.
Preference will be given to candidates who are residing in Colombo and willing to join immediately or in a short notice period.
