Tasma Global Ventures is a leading manpower and HR solution provider for overseas and its UAE office is established in Dubai. We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to support our overseas business expansion based in Dubai and support the sales operation in UAE.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager -Business Development Profession or a similar operation GULF-related country is a must
  • Able to conduct cold/business calls to engage with potential business clients and candidates and understand their staffing/ employment needs daily and promote our recruitment solutions
  • Manageend to end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to successful placements ensuring strict compliance process throughout the recruitment process
  • Operate in KPI-driven environment, with specific targets for client acquisition and candidate replacements Regular monitor, report, and analyze performance against the set targets
  • Capability to build new leads and sales channels through market research and networking
  • Ability to visit and communicate with potential customers and attract them to the service.
  • Able to handle Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment & different Embassy procedures as required and supporting social media
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi / Arabic will be a plus.
  • Computer Literacy in CRM software including MS Office
