REQUIREMENTS
n
n- Minimum 2 years experience in entertainment, recreation, or guest activities ideally in a resort environment.
n- Ability to plan shows, themed events, sports, and daily activity programs.
n- Excellent guest service and communication skills; confident public speaking.
n- Experience managing schedules, budgets, suppliers, and equipment.
n- Creative mindset with strong attention to guest experience and service quality.
n- Ability to promote events and coordinate with other relevant departments.
n- Familiarity with Maldivian culture and hospitality standards are an added advantage.
n- Ability to communicate confidently in English; additional languages are an added advantage.
