RECREATION ASSISTANT

Role Overview: As the Recreation Assistant at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa Maldives, you will create engaging and memorable recreational experiences for our guests through a variety of indoor, outdoor, and wellness-focused activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure the sports centre is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Maintain, inspect, and care for all sports and fitness equipment.
• Ensure all sports equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored.
• Manage reservations for the pickleball court, badminton court, and other indoor recreational facilities.
• Monitor stock levels of sports and recreational equipment and report replenishment requirements.
• Assist guests with the use of sports facilities while ensuring compliance with resort policies and safety procedures.
• Organise and facilitate recreational programmes, beach games, tournaments, and guest activities.
• Conduct or assist with fitness sessions such as aqua aerobics, Zumba, yoga, or other wellness activities where required.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating enjoyable and memorable recreational experiences.
• Ensure all recreation activities comply with the resort’s operational and safety standards.
