What We're Looking For:

• Chef De Partie (Arabic Cuisine)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a CDP in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end stand-alone specialty restaurant.
• Specialization:

• Deep knowledge of authentic Arabic Cuisine, Levantine Cuisine
• Middle Eastern culinary techniques
• Hot/cold mezze
• Strong Grilling Knowledge
