Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to support the Executive Chef and culinary team in daily administrative operations.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food production processes, culinary terminology and departmental workflows.
- Ability to maintain accurate departmental records, including duty rosters, attendance, leave records, training logs, purchase requests, inventories and staff documentation.
- Proactive, reliable, well organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural resort environment.
