Assistant Manager Learning and Development (Local Female)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of resort Learning & Development functions
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar L&D role
• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• Strong training, facilitation, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and L&D reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
• People-focused, results-driven, proactive, and outgoing
