Key Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an ultra luxury resort or hotel.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Familiarity with Forbes standards will be an advantage.
