Experience and Skills Required
- Candidates should have a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage reservations, guest inquiries, and booking arrangements efficiently.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple properties and handle high-volume reservations in a luxury resort environment.
- Ability to meet company expectations and business objectives with a flexible schedule.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments.
- Strong attention to detail in managing bookings, room availability, rates, and guest preferences.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong telephone and email communication skills.
- Preferred 1–2 years of experience in a similar reservations position, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred for senior roles.
- Candidates with strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
