HR & TRAINING COORDINATOR
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort/hotel
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment practices
- Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement activities
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; proficiency in Fusion is an added advantage
- Excellent command of verbal and written English; proficiency in additional languages are an added advantage
- A natural crowd-pleaser (warm, welcoming and a great communicator)
- Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- A well-presented rockstar look to match our brand
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
