GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER (CHINESE SPEAKING)
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort/hotel
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; proficiency in PMS systems will be an added advantage
- A natural crowd-pleaser (warm, welcoming and a great communicator)
- Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- A well-presented rockstar look to match our brand
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
