Food & Beverage Manager

With over 30 years of presence in the Maldives, the group’s portfolio in the country comprises five resorts with a total of 745 rooms.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly motivated professional to lead the Food & Beverage operation of Adaaran Resorts, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all Food & Beverage operations.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
- Lead menu planning, promotions, themed events, and innovative dining concepts.
- Ensure consistent service standards, food quality, and compliance with brand SOPs.
- Develop and mentor F&B teams through training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Maintain strong guest engagement, including VIP relations, while ensuring sustainability and operational compliance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury resort or upscale hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
- Sound financial acumen with good knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and guest relations skills.
- Strong passion for Food & Beverage trends, service excellence, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous exposure to LQA standards or Forbes-rated properties will be an added advantage.
