REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and Team Members from different nationalities and cultures.
- Proficient in handling telephone calls, transferring calls, taking messages, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
