CROSSROADS Maldives, the country's first extraordinary multi-island, fully integrated leisure destination is calling for a dynamic, results-driven finance leader to oversee our multi-property financial operations.
CLUSTER DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a multi-property or cluster environment.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance and deliver key business insights.
- Strong command of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, tax regulations and hotel finance operations.
- Experienced in managing statutory audits and liaising with external financial bodies.
- Skilled in financial systems such as Fusion, Opera, Micros and advanced MS Excel.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape within the Maldives hospitality sector.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
