We are seeking dynamic and highly self–sufficient individuals to join our team at The Residence Maldives at Falhumaafushi.

DUTY MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physically fit to work
• Experience as a Duty Manager in a resort or hotel environment.
• Exceptional customer service
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Exceptional communication skills, a results-driven approach, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible, proactive, self-motivated and excellent team player.
