Meeru Maldives Resort Island is seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team as a LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the laundry team to ensure all duties are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
- Ensure guest laundry is processed and delivered on time, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve the highest operational and service standards.
- Ensure the correct and safe operation of washers, dryers, pressing equipment, and other laundry machinery.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters in accordance with resort regulations & operational requirements.
- Maintain health & safety standards and monitor laundry equipment and coordinate regular maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure smooth operations.
Expectations:
- Diploma in hospitality or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a laundry facility or similar operation.
- Good knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, linen handling, and fabric care.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
