REQUIREMENTS
n
n- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Guest Services, preferably in a luxury resort.
n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n- Excellent guest handling and problem-solving abilities.
n- Good leadership and team management skills.
n- Ability to manage VIP guests and handle guest complaints professionally.
n- Knowledge of hotel/resort operations and PMS systems.
n- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
n- Fluent in English; additional languages are an added advantage.
