GUEST SERVICE AGENT (Local)
Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Services, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused personality.
- Ability to handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Knowledge of the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) will be an added advantage.
