Restaurant & Bar Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a luxury resort or five-star hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage service, wines, cocktails, and bar management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a multicultural team.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent communication, guest engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- A creative, hands-on approach to enhancing dining experiences and maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Previous Maldives resort experience will be an added advantage.
