Requirements
- Minimum 02 years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star resort environment
- Excellent English communications skills – both written & verbal
- Ability to work under pressure, keep calm and positive in dealing with difficult situations
- Able to work with multi-nations
- Easily approachable with an outgoing and pleasant personality
- Positive with a “can do” attitude and team player
