Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused F&B Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. The role is responsible for welcoming and seating guests, coordinating with service and kitchen teams, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, escort, and seat guests while presenting menus and providing warm, professional service in line with brand standards.
- Manage restaurant reservations and telephone enquiries, including recording and confirming reservations and cancellations accurately.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintain positive guest relations, and handle guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the restaurant and entrance area, ensuring all required standards are consistently met.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties, including supporting stewards with service preparation and checking the completion of assigned closing duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, resort, host/hostess, guest relations, or similar role.
- Good command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, friendly, and guest oriented personality with strong customer service and problem solving skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations, guest requests, and multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
