Rooftmart (Pvt) Ltd, established in 2004, is a leading steel building construction and manufacturing company with operations in Kurunegala, Matara, and Colombo. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration & Safety Manager to lead our administration and workplace safety functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of office administration, facilities management, and company policies.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office and ERP systems will be an added advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Age below 40 years is preferred.
Job Requirements
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Oversee and manage all administrative operations across company locations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage company assets, office facilities, accommodation, and utilities.
- Supervise administration staff, security, transport, and office support services.
- Coordinate maintenance of buildings, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Prepare administration budgets and monitor departmental expenses.
- Support management by improving operational efficiency and administrative processes.
- Applicants living within 20–30 km of the work location will have an added advantage
