SHOWROOM SALES MANAGER
Tiyana Big City (Pvt) Limited is a leading retail destination in Balangoda. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Showroom Sales Manager to lead our team, optimize operations, and drive business growth.
LOCATION: BALANGODA
SALARY: LKR 150,000.00 +
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Leadership: Direct showroom operations to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Footprint Growth: Implement strategies to increase customer foot traffic and brand loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure product availability.
- Procurement: Manage supplier relationships and streamline purchasing processes.
- HR Management: Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate showroom staff performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in showroom or retail management.
- Extensive knowledge about the fashion industry and visual merchandising.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
- Skills: Strong expertise in sales, procurement, inventory tracking, and HR practices.
- Attributes: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
