The company invites applications from diligent, resourceful individuals with an impeccable work ethic for the position of Deputy Zonal Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving continued success of the Sales & Distribution Arena in Ambalantota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive optimal sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue and profit growth.
  • Manage inventory efficiently within the Sales & Distribution Arena, ensuring safe storage and strict adherence to inventory control standards.
  • Initiate and coordinate delivery schedules based on customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment while maintaining operational protocols and customer service standards.
  • Monitor payment settlements and ensure the timely recovery of outstanding dues.
  • Assist in managing the personnel & the overall administration of the Sales & Distribution Arena.
  • Oversee and manage all functions during the Zonal Manager’s absence to maintain seamless operational flow.

Qualifications ,Experience & Skills

  • A Diploma in Business Management / Marketing Management or a related field, from a recognized University / institution or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 07 years of previous work experience relating to the field, preferably in a manufacturing organization, including a minimum of 03 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
  • Foresight, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to make logical and spontaneous decisions to resolve problems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy.

Preference will be given to applicants residing in close proximity to Ambalantota.
