Costume & Guest Experience Associate

This role involves assisting guests with costume selection and styling, coordinating makeup services, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. Join Vella Adventures Private Limited and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences at the world-famous Ella Swing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist guests with costume selection, dressing, and styling.
- Provide basic makeup and grooming assistance to guests.
- Ensure costumes and accessories are well maintained, clean, and organized.
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle cashiering duties and process payment transactions accurately.
- Promote and upsell the company's products and services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Certificates or training in Beautician, Makeup, or Beauty Therapy will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about fashion, styling, makeup, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, beauty, or tourism will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an added advantage.
