BIM Coordinator – Mechanical

Join our Design & Engineering team and play a key role in delivering BIM-driven engineering solutions for power and substation projects. Lead multidisciplinary coordination, ensure compliance with BIM standards, and support successful project delivery through advanced digital engineering practices.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of BIM experience, including site coordination exposure.
- Strong proficiency in Revit & Navisworks
- Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, and CDE workflows
- Experience in District Cooling Plant, Data Center, or large-scale MEP projects.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Key Focus Areas
- Lead BIM coordination for District Cooling Plant & Data Center projects
- Manage clash detection and resolve design coordination issues.
- Ensure BIM compliance, QA/QC, and adherence to project standards
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Civil models
- Track BIM deliverables, project milestones, and coordination activities
- Drive BIM innovation & improvement.
