SENIOR HSE OFFICER – CONSTRUCTION SITE
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in HSE roles within the construction industry
- Proven experience in high-rise buildings, apartments, villas, residential, commercial, and office building projects
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessments, method statements, and safety regulations
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant occupational health and safety standards
- Knowledge of different scaffolding techniques and methods
- Knowledge and experience in scaffolding inspection for high-rise buildings is a MUST
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage daily health, safety, and environmental activities at the construction site
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, legal requirements, and project safety standards
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and awareness programmes for site employees and workers
- Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions
- Inspect scaffolding systems and ensure proper safety standards are maintained at high-rise construction sites
