KPP Group is one of the leading companies in Sri Lanka engaged in the importation and distribution of glass, mirrors, aluminum, and accessories, with an island-wide distribution network. We are currently seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Executive.

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, maintaining operational efficiency, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, preparing operational reports, and supporting Management in achieving organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

• Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Logistics, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Being a resident of Boralesgamuwa, Dehiwala, Maharagama, Piliyandala, or surrounding areas will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
