ROLE PROFILE
The Crew Member will support the daily operations of the restaurant by providing friendly customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Assist with food preparation, packing, and order assembly.
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and presented properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, service areas, and workstations.
- Follow floor safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Handle food, ingredients, and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Refill packaging, ingredients, beverages, and other operational supplies.
- Follow portion control and minimize food and material wastage.
- Support opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
QUALIFICATIONS
- NVQ or Culinary qualification is an advantage.
- Hospitality, food-service, or customer-service training is an advantage.
- Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good spoken English/Sinhala/Tamil communication skills are beneficial.
