Management Trainee- MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Job Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to support the Mechanical Engineering function in maintenance operations, process optimization, and engineering improvements within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Support troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in monitoring equipment performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and technical records.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Be a result-oriented individual who can work with minimum supervision.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills in engineering and maintenance activities.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate should possess a BSc Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering in recognized university.
- Strong interest in mechanical systems, maintenance, and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
