ASSOCIATES / SENIOR ASSOCIATES
ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
ON SITE / HYBRID WORKING
CXN Outsourcing (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for detail-oriented and proactive Associates and Senior Associates - Accounting & Finance to support our international clients based in Australia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations for Australian client accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Support preparation of BAS/GST and other statutory filings in line with Australian requirements.
- Liaise directly with Australian clients to resolve financial and reporting queries.
- Maintain accurate records within cloud accounting platforms (Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks).
- Assist with payroll processing and reporting, where required.
- (Senior Associates) Review junior team output, mentor associates, and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified, part-qualified, or actively studying (preferred for Senior Associate roles).
- 1-4+ years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles (3+ years for Senior Associate).
- Working knowledge of Australian accounting standards, BAS/GST, and tax requirements is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar cloud accounting software.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence liaising with overseas clients.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
