We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Experience Team. This is a front of house role where you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests. Team members will be trained and expected to confidently take orders, serve food and beverages, clear tables, assist with daily operational tasks, and maintain our high standards of hospitality.

Applicants must have:

• A warm, friendly and confident personality with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential
• Experience in hospitality is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important
• Trainees are welcome to apply
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Excellent time management, punctuality and organisation
• A professional appearance and commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Selected applicants will be required to provide a Police Clearance Certificate.
