Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee service and product renewals to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all SLAs (Service Level Agreements), AMC (Annual maintenance contract) and Agreements are met and adhered to.
- Create and present detailed performance reports on renewal activities weekly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth renewal processes.
- Achieve Monthly / Yearly Targets.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- A/L, Diploma in Computer IT, Full or Partially qualified SLIM/CIM
- Age Below 25 years
- 1–2 years working Experience in similar position
- Pleasing & Outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
