ASSISTANT MANAGER – TENDERING
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Tendering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely submission of high-quality bids, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete tendering process from identifying opportunities to bid submission.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to compile technical, commercial, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare competitive proposals while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain tender records and monitor ongoing bid opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government institutions throughout the tendering process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in tendering, bid management, proposal preparation, or contract administration. Experience in handling government or international tenders will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and tendering procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and tender management software.
